- 1 10 oz. pkg Cherry Chips
- 1 16 oz. can of vanilla frosting (I wonder if cream cheese frosting would taste like cheesecake fudge?)
- Sprinkles optional, but fun
Spray an 8x8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In a large microwave bowl, melt chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. When smooth, stir in frosting. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle sprinkles over fudge. Place in fridge until set. Cut and enjoy!
I like to use a disposable 8x8-inch square pan. It pulls right off the fudge making it super easy to cut. You could also line a regular pan with foil. Which ever you choose, you'll want to use cooking spray.
