These Cinnamon Sugar Pie Crust dippers are great on their own or paired with any of my favorite dessert dips. I’ve become quite fond of dessert dips because they are unique, fun, and delicious dessert to serve. I also love that you can enjoy just a few bites or eat as much dessert as you want to. They are extremely portable and make a great snack when you just need something sweet. These Cinnamon Sugar Pie Crust Dippers add just a little something special to the mix to take things up a notch and don’t worry, because they are incredibly easy to make, especially if you use refrigerated pie crust. Since you’ll be adding a little butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar to these sweet chips no one will no that you cheated.

- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 Tablespoon of butter melted
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside. Thaw pie crust per directions on package. Roll crust onto a floured surface. Use a small cookie cutter or a cup/glass sized to your liking to cut crust into small shapes, about 2 inches in diameter. Use a spatula to place crust shapes onto a cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
You can leave out the cinnamon and sprinkle the crust dippers with only sugar if you would prefer.

Thanks, Betsy, they are tasty! I think they’d be awesome with lots of other recipes too!
Is it super weird that I like pie crust better than filings? Who cares now I can enjoy my favorite part in this new dessert. I’m not even sure they need a dip nomnom
