- 1 10 oz. package of peanut butter chips
- 1 16oz. can vanilla frosting
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow Bits plus more for sprinkling
Spray an 8x8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In a large microwave bowl, melt chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. When smooth, stir in frosting. Working quickly, stir in marshmallow bits. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle additional marshmallow bits over fudge. You may have to press them gently into the fudge with the palm of your hand to get them to stick. Place in fridge until set. Cut and enjoy!
I like to use a disposable 8x8-inch square pan. It pulls right off the fudge making it super easy to cut. You could also line a regular pan with foil. Which ever you choose, you'll want to use cooking spray.
