But in the book Gravity Cakes, by Franseca Librae and Jakki Friedman, it doesn’t seem too complicated to try anymore. This fabulous book is packed with 45 cakes (stay tuned, I’ve got one up for grabs). There’s a cake for nearly every occasion, from Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, baby reveals, and even poker parties.
