This Leprechaun Crunch is an easy festive treat to make for Saint Patty’s Day. It’s a delicious salty sweet snack mix that’s always a big hit. Everyone always raves about it. There are lots of different recipe variations out there but this is the one I’ve created because I don’t like to add nuts since my daughter is allergic to them. I also use corn Chex in my Leprechaun Crunch since she is also allergic to rice. See how easy it is to tailor this recipe to your tastes or needs? I love switching up the colors to match different holidays. Do you know how many different kinds of sprinkles are out there? I love these new drizzle pouches from Wilton because I don’t have to buy an entire bag of candy melts when I just need a little bit. My pantry can only take so much. You know what I mean?!?

Ingredients

• 3 cups salted pretzels
• 2 cups bugles
• 2 cups Chex Cereal
• 2 cups Fritos
• 1 1/2` cups M&Ms (or peanut M&Ms) reserve half for topping
• 16 oz almond bark (white chocolate made for melting)
• 2 oz Wilton bright green candy melt drizzle pouch
• festive sprinkles

Instructions

1. Spread wax paper over tabletop. Spray lightly with nonstick cooking  spray. Set aside.

   Place first 5 ingredients in a large bowl or roasting pan. Melt almond bark as directed on package. Once smooth, drizzle over snack mixture. Gently still to coat. Once everything is evenly covered, spread over wax paper. Working quickly, melt green candy melts and drizzle over the top of the Leprechaun Crunch. Sprinkle with reserved M&Ms and festive sprinkles. Once cool, break into pieces. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy
