I hope you guys are ready for some fun today because I’ve got a whole bunch of amazing things to share with you today! First, I’d like to introduce Stef. She’s an insane cupcake blogger, among other things, and the founder of the blog, The Cupcake Project. It’s totally drool worthy, so make sure take a minute to poke around her recipe index. I’m sure you will find about a ca-jillion things that will leave you wanting to lick your screen. I know because I’ve been following her on Facebook for quite a while. Stef has this really fun thing she does, called Cupcake Roulette, where she selects a winner once 38 people have commented and created a cupcake inspired by their blog. Totally fun!!! About two weeks ago I WON! I couldn’t wait to see what she came up with. I half expected a brownie cupcake or candy bar cupcake, or something with popcorn, but guess what? My Cinnamon Bun Chex mix inspired her not only to create her own party mix, Margarita Chex Mix, she also added it to a cupcake. How’s that for a twisted treat? Check it out!
