We love this Meatball Sub bake so much because it takes all the flavors off my family’s favorite meatball subs and puts them together in a recipe that is easy and delicious. I love this recipe because it fits our busy schedule! I can prepare the dough early in the day, finish assembling it in just a few minutes and let it bake while we are taking care of homework. I love using Rhodes Frozen Rolls because they make baking recipes with fresh bread so easy. You can find this easy recipe over at the new Rhodes Kids Blog.

Quick question– are frozen meatballs raw? I have some home made completely uncooked/raw meatballs I could use, but I wanted to make sure that was ok before I waste a full pan of all this yummy recipe! Thx!
Amber, thanks for visiting JCD. Your little note made my day – it’s always a pleasure to hear from readers. As far as I can tell, frozen meatballs are fully cooked. I’m really not sure how raw meatballs would work with this. You might try partially baking them before adding them to the raised dough…
Okidoki! Thanks! Excited to try it!
Meatball Sub bake? Mmmmm. Gimme!
