  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 jar 23 oz lemon filling (about three cups), I used Private Selections California Lemon Fruit Filling
  1. Beat whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla together using these directions for homemade sweetened whipped cream. Fold lemon filling into whipped cream. Chill and serve with pie crust dippers, Nilla Wafers, strawberries, or cookies.
