Delicious Cookies and Cream Magic Bars
Cookies ’n’ Cream Magic Bar Pie
I have a major crush on magic bars. They really are magic you know. Just a few simple ingredients combined and baked together until firm create one of the most delicious desserts out there. Whether you call them magic bars or seven-layer bars, you won’t be disappointed in this cookies ’n’ cream version, especially because it comes in pie form!

  • 25 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 1 ⁄4 cup 1⁄2 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies coarsely chopped
  • 1 14-ounce can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together the crushed sandwich cookies and melted butter with a fork. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 or 91⁄2-inch pie plate.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips, coconut, white chocolate chips, and additional chopped sandwich cookies over the crust. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the filling. (Note: If your sweetened condensed milk is too thick to pour, transfer it to a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 15 to 20 seconds.)
  4. 4. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until the top seems set and not gooey. Cool completely before slicing. Store covered at room temperature for up to 4 days.
