Don’t know about you, but I really don’t like to mince garlic. Probably because I always end up with bigger pieces than I like and always come too close to cutting my fingers for comfort. So I don’t do it – EVER! Instead, I use a little grater to simply grate the garlic cloves directly into my recipes. The pieces end up uniform and small enough that I never notice biting into any of those random chunks that I used to have, and my fingers remain safe. Give it a try and see what you think!
