Now that our holidays have officially ended and my kids are back to school, it’s time to wrap up 2013 and start looking ahead to 2014. Twenty-Thirteen was a great year! After the craziness my family endured in 2012 to bring our baby girl into the world safely, we needed a year to simply be together. And that’s exactly what we’ve done. It was a pretty quiet year, with no extreme emergencies, losses, or other excitement happening. I’m so thankful we had a chance to step out of the spotlight, if you no what I mean. We’ve laughed, worked, played, and even cried a little and grown to love and appreciate one another a little deeper. We’ve each made our own achievements and accomplishments along the way and I’m very proud of all of us for the people we choose to be. I look forward to continuing our journey together in 2014.
